Left on time and having the tide we were fishing in 40 minutes. On board was Mr. October, Jeff, Kenny Peck, Evz, Mark Singleton from (Singleton/Galmann Real Estate) located in Hoboken, NJ and the Gasbar brothers Andy and George. Little did anyone know that George has not had a drink in 30 days. George took verbal beating from Kenny Peck, Andy and Jeff all day long. Laughed all day long. Good luck George. 1st stop Mark Singleton tagged a 26 1/2 lber with his new rod and reel. With no bites we tried new spots and nothing. Headed back to where we got the fish yesterday and having perfect tide conditions and nothing but a 6lb blackfish caught by sober George. Getting late the Capt called it quits and headed home. Big money went to Mark with the only fish.

Pioneer III
Left the dock around 6:30 with Big Tom, Rogee, Rebecca, Mr. October, Felix and Evz. Started fishing around 7:15 to a very slow start with only couple of short bass being tagged and one of them had a tag in it. Capt. Audy will take care of it and will let you know the outcome when it comes back. Tide change came and off we went to another spot. The Capt kept talking to himself and just couldn't understand why the cooler wasn't dirty by now. Very slow fishing till about 1:15 and the afternoon bite took off. Big Tom got the first keeper followed by Rogee, Evz, Felix. The only limit was by Mr. October to 20lbs and the big money winner for the day. Only one hardy-person and that was the person from NYC.
Going to do it all again tomorrow and next Sunday.

Left the dock with an incoming tide which should crap out around 10:30. Set up and about 30 minutes later Evz hookup with a monster bluefish. Then Roger (the birthday boy) chimed in with a 16lb bass and again with another keeper bass. Big Tom tuned in with a 15 1/2 lb bass. Then that tide change occurred and off we went. Heading right into the fog the temperature took a dip and on came the heavy gear. Mr. October got into the action with 2 bass to 15lbs. Mr October had the catch of the with a 24" fluke which was returned to its natural habitat because that season doesn't open until May 1st. The big money went to the birthday boy with his first fish. Doing it again next Sunday.

Pioneer III
After the last couple of trips the weather gave us a break. Flat calm water all day. Left the dock a little late due to the fact Roger couldn't get out of his driveway. The Capt wanted to try another spot but decided to make a quick stop and we thank him for that. It was Roger, Evz, Mr. October and the Capt. Roger started it off with the first shoalie and everyone kept the Capt busy netting fish. Once we hit 8 fish which was about 9:30 we started returning them to their natural habitat. Tide change and we were still catching. It slowed down so we decided to go to a spot closer to home for stripers. No good all we caught were 3 tog from 4 to 6 lbs. When collecting the pool we decided to let the Capt in, I told him I would give him the money back at the end of the day and sure enough he got a 17"er that was also returned to it's natural habitat. Can't wait till next week.

Saturday was the first day out. On board was St. Pete, Jerry, Evz and Mr. October. Thought it would have been a good day but the weatherman had different idea. Strong wind against the tide did not help our cause. St. Pete started it off with the first keeper then Mr. October put one in the cooler but the star of the day was Capt. Andy with the pool winner if there was one. Total of 5 fish caught with 2 being returned to their natural habitat. Going again Sunday and will send a report.
